Slovakian Sales Representative (home-based job)

United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at- home workforce. We provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally with Native Speakers in all languages and we are currently looking for talented individuals for our international team. Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Satisfying customer needs and queries via inbound calls, emails and chat in Slovakian language in a timely manner
  • making outbound B2B cold calls
  • Managing database
  • Escalating and forwarding problems towards the relevant department
  • Help with any additional administrative tasks on campaign
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management
  • Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible
  • Being on time and available for given shifts
  • Participation on all required training
  • Substitution of other agents if needed
  • Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used programs Opening hours: Monday – Friday, from 8:00 – 17:30 local time

Payment:

  • 7 EUR/hour, paid monthly in the first ten working days of the month following the worked month.

Agent Requirements:

  • Slovakian as mother-tongue and fluent English language knowledge
  • 1- 2 years sales/marketing experience
  • 1- 2 years experience in the customer service field
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Positive and kind attitude
  • Service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Ability to work at least 5-6 hours a day
  • Strong stress handling skills
  • Flexibility and patience

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong command of English and German or Russian languages
  • Customer service experience is must
  • Travel experience / Hotel / airline is an advantage

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the customer support agent's home)
  • USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system (Windows 8 or above) and
  • Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
