Business Days 2020

On 23 September 2020 UCC also participated in the conference „Trade Festival – FMCG market on stage”. UCC was represented by Zsolt Szmolinka (CEO) and Balázs Kopcsó (Head of Business Development) who present our capabilities and participated in the roundtable discussion in the 2.30pm-4.30pm block.

The topic of UCC’s presentation was primarily based on the FMCG sector and sustainability. In this light, we presented our proprietary chatbot which aims to support value creation and sales optimisation via digitalisation.

The conference was one of this year’s most vibrant, informative and motivating event, and it is our privilege to receive feedback about UCC’s capabilities and competencies. Even though we only had limited time to introduce UCC’s digital technology which helps FMCG companies increase sales effectiveness, we trust it had been interesting and we can help create new solutions.

HOA IPA Conference 2019

As a HOA member UCC participated in the second IPA (intelligent process automation) conference on 6 November 2019. UCC was represented by Zsolt Szmolinka (CEO) and Balázs Kopcsó (Head of Business Development).

Our goal is to introduce our proprietary solutions which are made more effective my automation. Our chatbot technology can be utilised in a wide range of scenarios. For example, as a member of the Plastic-Free July movement, we created our REbot software. This digital solution increases our colleagues’ environmental consciousness by gamification, and motivates them to refrain from using plastic in their everyday life. We deem it important to use our knowledge and technology to protect our environment.

MACH-TECH

UCC also takes part in MACH-TECH exhibition at HUNGEXPO Budapest center between 14 and 17 May, 2019. During the programme, which bi-annually introduces participants of different industries, advancements and solutions, numerous global brands, market leading company and startup represent themselves. UCC is proud to represent their sector at the event. Our company has more than 20 years of experience as a SSC and BPO, and we support our activities with state of the art technology. We support our professional customer management with customer support, robotic process automation, virtual collaboration, innovative contact center solutions, and more exciting tech and industry advancements.

UCC at National HR Conference

UCC takes part in the 29th National HR Conference and Expo on 31 May in Siófok with respect to the Responsible Employer of the Year Award.

As the event’s website says: „Responsible employment is one of the determining drives of employee experience. In Hungary more and more company and institute takes the challange of the „Responsible Employer of the Year” tender, where they share their successful daily practices. Every employer sees the creation of employee experience differently, but there is one common point: everyone agrees that the employees is the key factor in corporate effectiveness. You can meet the award winners of this attitude during the roundtable talk, who can also introduce the effects of responsible employment and the award on the organisation and HR.”
